30-Minute Weeknight Meals

30-Minute Weeknight Meals:  Believe me with a few perfectly prepped bunch of seasonal and healthy ingredients, it IS possible to throw together a homemade meal even on the busiest night.  Once you learn which components you should prepare ahead, it will empowered you to make weeknight mealtime a breeze.  It’s ALL about the “mise en place”, a French word which literally means to “put in place”.  Let’s have fun learning to master the art and process of preparing the building blocks for your everyday cooking.  Who wouldn’t want to come back home to savor some tasty gourmet dishes such as Roasted Autumn Vegetables with Lentils, Confetti Quinoa with Squash & Curly Kale, Whole Grain Linguine with Braised Wild Mushrooms & Spinach?  Of course, we’ll also prepare a yummy Dark Chocolate Goji Berry & Pepitas Bark to enjoy because who does not like chocolate at the end of the meal?

This class is suitable to everyone who wish to learn how to be efficient in the kitchen while cooking a stress free dinner anytime.  Suitable to Vegetarian, Vegan, Pescetarian, Meat Lover, Flexitarian, etc. with wheat & gluten free options available upon request.

Cost: $75 includes 2 3/4 hour hands-on cooking class, recipes, healthy and delicious dishes and desserts to sample around a communal table.

Date: Saturday, October 25th 2014

Time: 1:00pm to 4:00pm
