I just returned from a trip to beautiful Sedona, AZ where I was able to reconnect and recharge after a full cooking agenda since last September.  I am feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and full of new ideas for the next cooking season (more on that in another post), in the meantime I wanted to share with you some FANTASTIC news!!!

Main Line Today Magazine critics and readers have chosen the Best of the Main Line & Western Suburbs 2015, and Ketmala’s Kitchen was awarded for the “BEST COOKING CLASSES” this year!!!!  How amazing, isn’t it?  I am feeling excited, humbled, blessed and grateful for such an honor.  It truly means a lot to be recognized and appreciated for my work.  The magazine is now available at your local newsstand today!

THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the Main Line Today and to YOU all my clients/readers/facebook + Instagram followers/friends/family for continuing to support my local business, which has come a long way from 3 students to a fully booked agenda with group classes, kid’s classes, cooking demonstrations and a growing number of private clients on location now.  Who would have thought that by moving to the USA in 1995, then quitting my corporate job and going back to school to become a Chef would have led me to this exciting culinary adventure!!!  I am thrilled to be part of this community and to be of service to others while empowering families to cook daily with real food in their own kitchens. Once they have gained the confidence, skills and knowledge, then cooking truly becomes simple, local, seasonal, delicious and fun for all.  A healthy lifestyle begins with wholesome food made at home with love always!

THANK YOU to all the new foodie friends I have met along the way during this wonderful cooking adventure the past 3 years, you have also become part of my journey.  I am very happy to see that, in some ways, I am a small part of your cooking life too.

Ketmala’s Kitchen will reopen on September 19th with new offerings…  Till then I will be spending some quality time with my family, we’ll be camping in the mountains, vacationing at the beach this month and most importantly spending the entire month of August with my beloved family in France – yeah!!!
