It’s super important to involve children daily in the kitchen either to peel some carrots, wash the salad, crack an egg, stir the batter, and so on. They are fast learner, always eager to help and make perfect young “sous-chefs!” I learned a lot while helping my parents to cook when I was a little girl that I truly believe my passion for food all began in the heart of our “petite cuisine” (little kitchen) in the country side of France.
Get your children involved often and share special cooking time with them in your own kitchen soon or better yet have them join me at Ketmala’s Kitchen soon! I would love the opportunity to teach your kids a lifetime cookery skills that not only will they have fun cooking along with the Chef, but most importantly they sure will savor their delicious creations, made with love and joy, to the last crumbs.
Here’s a collection of Kid’s Cooking Class at Ketmala’s Kitchen or Chefanti the past years. Look at their happy smiles, the young chefs are certainly enjoying themselves while learning new skills, gaining confidence and expanding their culinary taste buds too.
