I am looking forward to another fun-filled Ladies Night cooking class at Ketmala’s Kitchen this week! The delicious “menu du jour” or “du soir” to be exact will be the following: Edamame Dumplings served with a Fragrant Lemongrass Broth, Tofu & Vegetable Delight Dumplings with Chili Sauce, and Ginger-Shiitake Pot Stickers with Red Sauce.
“Savory Vegetarian Asian Dumplings” – There are usually only a handful of dumplings made with vegetables at Dim Sum restaurants, so let’s make our own savory vegetarian little bites. I will show you the different type of wrappers and we will prepare together the fillings and shape them into various pretty dumplings. Either you like them boiled, pan-fried, steamed or baked they sure will be perfectly moist and delightful to enjoy for appetizers, brunch, lunch or dinner. Let’s take a weeknight meal from ordinary into extraordinary!
Fee: $65 includes 2 1/4 hour class, recipes, homemade dumplings, dipping sauces to taste and share.
