Buying the store-bought crust to make your quiche or pie is rather convenient in today busy life, but unfortunately not so healthy for you and your family because most of the store-bought crust has beyond the 4 basic ingredients: flour, butter or oil, water and sea salt! Please join me at Ketmala’s Kitchen and we’ll make a few basic crusts with simple ingredients from your pantry.
“Hearty Healthy Winter Quiches & Tarts” – Learn to make your own savory and sweet crust from scratch, so you could create healthy and delicious quiches, tarts or tartlets in a breeze from start to finish. We’ll use fresh ingredients of the winter to go beyond the everyday quiche by making together hearty kale quiche, leek tart, French apple tart and of course ma favorite “tarte chocolat-poire” or “chocolate pear tart”. A dairy free, soy free and gluten free options are available, must request it at registration.
