I am super excited to offer this brand new bread class, which will require no special ingredients, kitchen equipments, nor long hours of waiting for the starter to be ready before you could begin the process. I assure you that this is going to be a quick and easy breezy bread baking session!
“Easy Everyday Artisan Bread” – There is nothing like the aroma of a freshly baked bread and you could make your own loaf in the comfort of your home by following a few simple steps learned in this beginner’s class. I’ll show you the ins-and-outs of easy breadmaking with lots of hands-on the baking basics. We’ll choose a few wholesome ingredients and you will measure, mix, shape, proof, score, bake and taste of course! Let’s bake bread everyone, shall we?
Fee: $75 includes 3-hour hands-on class, recipe and freshly baked bread “du jour”.
