What a fun cooking session this week at Ketmala’s Kitchen with amazing women who allowed me to share how to make some of my favorite Asian dumplings from scratch, to show how easy it is to shape different wrappers into pretty little bundles filled with savory ingredients, and the best part we got to eat them all at the end of the class! “Yum yum dim sum” would said my 4 year old daughter.
