Savory Little Asian Dumplings

Last week was an exciting one for me with a nice write-up about Ketmala’s Kitchen by Angela Corrado from WestChesterDish, see link
My dream of sharing how to cook simple, seasonal, healthy and delicious food with all is spreading around and I am super excited that more and more people are looking forward to take my hands-on classes and learning to make homemade meals from scratch.
What’s cooking at Ketmala’s Kitchen this week?  We will learn how to make lots of savory Asian dumplings, which come in delicate bundle of goodness bursting with juicy flavor when you bite into them.

Don’t shy away from making homemade Asian dumplings because they are truly small bundles of joy when you bite into the humble morsels.  I will show you the different type of wrappers, fillings and how to shape them into various pretty dumplings.  Either you like them boiled, pan-fried or steamed, they sure will be perfectly moist and delightful to enjoy for appetizers, brunch, lunch or dinner.  Wouldn’t today be a perfect day for delicious dumplings?  Dairy free, soy free, gluten free options available at registration.

Fee: $65 includes 2 1/4 hour class, recipes, homemade dumplings, dipping sauces to taste and share.

Thank you again for your continuing support.  Stay tune, new recipe will be posted on my website this week.
Have a great week everyone!
