“Thai Soups” – Either you choose to serve Thai Soups as light lunch or supper dish, or a prelude to a dinner party, know that whenever you offer them to your guests, they are certain to prove popular. I will demystify all the exotic Thai ingredients, aromatic herbs and spices and show you how quick and easy it is to prepare very satisfying and flavorful Thai soups at home. It’s dairy free, soy free and gluten free. Vegetarian and vegan options are available at registration.
Fee: $65 includes 2 1/4 hour class, recipes, hands-on cooking skills, soups sampling.

I am super excited to offer new cooking classes on Thai cuisine this year. We will be preparing beautiful food with a variety of authentic ingredients from galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, Thai basil and chilies, rice noodles, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, coconut milk, mango and much more. We will begin with flavorful “Thai Soups” on January 25th, followed by delightful “Thai Food & Dessert” on March 21st and finally conclude the series with fabulous “Thai Curries” on October 25th. Thai cooking is truly all about balance and harmony!
