“La Chandeleur” or French Crêpes Day: Don’t be intimidated by the delicate French thin pancakes, join me in my kitchen on the French Crêpes Day celebration and I’ll show you a simple way to prepare perfectly cooked, crispy-edged crêpes with all kinds of wonderful fillings. You will be able to savor the savory “galettes” and sweet “crêpes” for lunch, dinner and dessert! By the way, we’ll also make homemade healthy hazelnut spread from scratch. Dairy free, soy free and gluten free options available at registration.
Fee: $55 includes 3 hour class, recipes, sampling of buckwheat galettes with savory fillings and sweet dessert crêpes with delicious chocolate hazelnut spread.
