Wintery Rolls Class

This week, I am delighted to welcome a lovely couple who will be celebrating their 25th anniversary at Ketmala’s Kitchen. They have decided to take a little break from their busy schedules, so they could actually spend a very special day together while cooking and exploring a new cuisine and flavor. How sweet is that!

“Wintery Rolls” –  It’s time to try something new and add to your cooking répertoire. Learn to use thin rice paper, vermicelli, mung beans, winter vegetables such as kale, beets, purple cabbage and more to make a variety of flavorful fresh rolls even in the midst of winter. They  will be pleasing to the eyes as well as light, healthy and tasty! You won’t believe it’s that easy and will amaze yourself and everyone at your next dinner party too.

Fee: $65 includes 2 1/2 hour class, recipe & food tasting

Date:  Friday, March 1st, 2013

Time:  9:30am to 12:00pm

******  SORRY THIS IS A PRIVATE  COOKING CLASS  ******

Do you wish to plan your own cooking session and/or be added onto the list for the upcoming Friday evening “Spring Rolls” class on June 14th?  Thank you to contact me  and I’ll be glad to plan your next cooking event together!
