Oh Mon Beau Macaron!

“Oh mon beau macaron!” or “Oh my pretty macaron!” People often mispronounced your name and/or confused you with the “macaroon” (made of the mound of shredded coconut, dense, moist and sweet), but you are oh so delicate, dainty and deliciously made with the simplest ingredients.  You are soft in the middle, sweetly scented and come prettily in multitude of flavors and colors and you certainly steals anyone’s heart at the first bite!

“Fancy French Macarons” – Uncover the secrets of making authentic delicate Parisian-style macarons with me. You will be shown all about the dainty French meringue cookie which will fill your soul with warm, fuzzy happiness after one single bite. Not only will you be delighted, but you will also acquire fool-proof recipes and learn techniques on how to make Fancy French Macarons that you can replicate in your own kitchen. You will master the how to color and flavor the macarons to your heart’s desire using all natural ingredients. Together, we will discuss the different types of fillings (confiture, ganache, etc.) and dairy free option too. I assure that you will leave the class with a big happy smile on your face and truly beautiful “petits” (little) macarons in your hands to enjoy and share. It’s a gluten free, soy free and dairy free dessert.
