Looking for something fun and educative for your child to participate in this weekend? Search no more… Join me at Chefanti on Saturday, May 3rd where I will be teaching TWO cooking classes for kids ages 4 to 7 and 8 to 12 along with the talented Chef Anne Moriarta. Making healthy food choices starts at a young age, thus empower your child with hands-on learning experience and cooking with fresh vegetables and fruits in season.
Of course, we’ll be making my old time favorite Fresh Spring Rolls filled with crunchy vegetables and mung bean noodle along with a few healthy treats, which will sure please “les petits chefs” aka young chefs!

“Calling Young Chefs ~ Our next kids cooking class is Saturday May 3! Once again we are partnering with Chef Ketmala from Ketmala’s Kitchen to introduce young chefs to Fresh Spring Rolls & Healthy Treats. Join Chef Ketmala and Chef Anne in the Chefanti kitchen where the kids will work hands-on to learn kitchen skills and prepare several dishes using fresh spring ingredients. At the end of class they will sit together at our big table to enjoy their creations! Every student receives a recipe book and goodie bag at the end of the class.
TWO Kids Cooking Classes will be offered on 5/3:
ages 4 to 6 meet from 10am to 12pm
ages 7 to 12 meet from 1:30pm to 3:30pm
Cost: $65/person.
Class is limited to 10 students per session.”

A little surprise for the young chefs ages 4 to 6, please come MEET & GREET with author/illustrator Kelly Loew who will grace us of her presence and read her newly released children book “Please Eat!“ to the young chefs. How exciting!!!
