Bonjour à tous! (Good morning All!)
I am glad that May is actually behind us now because it certainly was a BUSY month on a professional and personal level between the fun cooking demonstration at Chefanti LLC, a few new private classes, the wonderful visit with our Parisian friends and their adorable 16-month old toddler, the double celebration of my husband birthday and Mother’s Day, the festivities for my daughter’s last day of school, the growing success of my RAWlicious Food class, the relaxing Memorial weekend with family and friends, and finally the last training for my second Tough Mudder Challenge while recovering from a tennis elbow (believe it or not from too much cooking), which took a rather long time to heal!
Despite the blazing heat (90+ degrees Fahrenheit) and high humidity of this past Saturday, my amazing fellow Tough Mudders and I ran up and down countless hills, leaped, climbed, jumped, dived, crawled, swam, etc. through 21 military obstacles and somehow managed to be safe and sound until the finish line while having fun along the way. It was a great day with an amazing team – Hoo Rah!!!!
It’s time to get back into the kitchen now and get lots of cooking done before the summer break. Here’s the NEW offerings at Ketmala’s Kitchen from June until the end of the year. Note that due to popular demand, I’ll be offering a mini Kids Cooking Summer Camp on July 8, 9 & 10, a separate post with details will follow soon, so make sure to check back later.
