From the freshly hand-picked zucchinis and sun-riped tomatoes to delicious seasonal berries and pungent garden herbs, all can be used to create a fantastic variety of Flavorful Vegetarian Summer Fare. Whatever the special occasion, from picnics to summer lunches, barbecues to outdoor parties, al fresco-dining to open-air entertaining, you will be inspired to create delectable and enticing meals to enjoy and share all summer long!

Flavorful Vegetarian Summer Fare:  Cooking vegetarian food can require a little more creativity, but that doesn’t mean it has to be complicated, boring or dreadful. Join me in making bold, bright and beautiful innovative summer dishes. The food will burst with flavor and vitality. Not only will you learn how to create a healthy balanced vegetarian summer meal, but with a few hands-on cooking techniques and basic vegetarian pantry knowledge, you will be inspired to cook dazzling food with minimum fuss!
