True French Croissant: Join me at Ketmala’s Kitchen to uncover the little secrets of the classic French croissant. Together we’ll make it step-by-step from the simple dough to a fantastic golden crispy multilayered marvel. You will be able to take your first bite into the freshly baked warm croissant and I promise you that it will be like eating thin sheets of buttery flaky layers. Making your homemade croissants is certainly all worth the extra effort to surprise your loved ones or for any special occasions! We will also be making “pain au chocolat” (chocolate croissant) as well as almond croissant.
Sorry there are no substitutions to butter nor dairy available in this class.
