Pull up your sleeves and join me at Ketmala’s Kitchen for another round of festive cooking, I’ll teach you all the “make-ahead” tips along with easy cooking preps that will make your life easy-breezy when you guests arrive, so you could actually sit, relax and enjoy their company instead of being left alone in the kitchen.
What’s on the menu du jour? Cheesy Kale Bites, Beet Boats, Savory “Gougères”, Baby Mushrooms Canapés, Eggplant & Pesto Rolls, and Jeweled Quinoa Verrine. These little beauties are so delicious and versatile, they will not only be delightful to look at, but wait until you bite into them they will explode with flavor in your mouth.
