Vegan Cuisine:  Master the art of vegan cuisine with a few of my handy tricks of trade and you’ll be able to cook nearly most of your favorite traditional recipes that will suit your new way of eating!  A vegan diet is certainly rich in “fiber, magnesium, folic acid, vitamins C, vitamin E, iron, phytochemicals and lower in calories, saturated fat, cholestrol, long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, calcium, zinc and vitamin B12” and it will leave you feeling lighter, healthier and totally satisfied!  (source: Wikipedia)

Discover Vegan fare that will makes the most of the season’s best produce and begin your cooking session with a light appetizer featuring bite size Crabless Cakes served with baby lettuce salad, followed by a colorful and tasteful main dish of Butternut Squash Risotto, and finally enjoy the no-guilt succulent “Pomme au Four” (French Baked Apples stuffed with vegan spiced bread and chocolate chips).

All recipes will be WHEAT & GLUTEN FREE, DAIRY FREE, SOY FREE.

Cost: $75 includes 2 1/4 hour class with full proof recipes and food sampling.
