Whether you are a novice, or already experienced at bread-making, this Everyday Artisan Bread class will introduce you to new techniques that will simplify your life and raise your baking skills to a new level. You will be guided step-by-step through the multiples stages of bread making and learn a few trade secrets for measuring, mixing, proofing, shaping and baking different types of bread. By the end of the class, you’ll be able to savor the freshly crusty loaf of breads from the oven.
“Everyday Artisan Bread” – There is nothing like the amazing aroma of a freshly baked bread and you could make your own loaf in the comfort of your home by following a few simple steps learned in this class. You will learn the ins-and-outs of easy bread-making with lots of hands-on and the little techniques that will allow you to bake like a pro in your own home kitchen. With a few wholesome ingredients on hands, you will measure, mix, shape, proof, score, bake and taste of course! Let’s make bread everyone, shall we?
Fee: $75 includes 3-hour hands-on class, recipe and freshly baked breads “du jour”.
