With the signs of Spring all around us and its seasonal young and tender vegetables and fruits available now, I am delighted to be offering another VEGAN CUISINE group class with brand new recipes to share with my students on Saturday, April 26th. Should you be new to Vegan lifestyle and/or already an expert, please join me at Ketmala’s Kitchen for a fun cooking experience with lots of hands-on, Chef tips and of course eating delicious food made with joy and care.
This class is perfect for the plant-based eaters or for the many people who eat fish and meat in moderation and are looking for inspiration to incorporate alternatives healthy food in their diet.
Vegan Cuisine: Master the art of Vegan Cuisine with a few of my handy tricks of trade and you’ll be able to cook nearly most of your favorite traditional recipes that will suit your new way of eating! A vegan diet is certainly rich in “fiber, magnesium, folic acid, vitamins C, vitamin E, iron, phytochemicals and lower in calories, saturated fat, cholestrol, long-chain omega-3 fatty acids, vitamin D, calcium, zinc and vitamin B12″ and it will leave you feeling lighter, healthier and totally satisfied! Nothing beats the taste of “real” food prepared and served in a loving way, so learn how to cook an all plant-based meal at home that will win the hearts of your friends and family!
Discover Vegan fare that will make the most of the season’s best produce and begin your cooking session with a Super Breakfast Bowl with granola and fruit and Carrot Flaxseed Muffins for mid-morning snack. Then we will prepare a light lunch featuring bite size Baked Falafel Wraps served with fresh salsa and move along to the advanced Vegan cuisine by making a colorful and tasteful main dish of Asparagus with Rainbow Quinoa served with a beautiful Strawberry Jicama Green Salad and finally enjoy the no-guilt Chocolate Chia Slices and the Coconut Bliss Bites. Rest assured that everything will be Oh So scrumptious that you won’t believe it’s actually vegan!
All recipes will be VEGAN with option of WHEAT/GLUTEN/SOY FREE at registration & 100% made with love and smiles.
