Once we all found our way back into our daily routine, I decided that it was time to jump start the brand new year with a gentle cleanse to flush all the toxins away and to recharge my entire system with lots of vitamins and minerals from fresh juices, smoothies, superfoods and sprouts. I do feel energized again now and ready to tackle another year of culinary adventure with you all.
