Happy Monday Everyone!!!

Here’s the brand new 2014 Cooking Calendar, I hope you’ll be able to join me in my humble kitchen once again and/or for the first time to cook together, learn, share, laugh, and eat of course!

Saturday, February 15: French Crêpes with Chef Anne & Chef Ketmala at Chefanti, TWO Kids Cooking Classes will be offered that day for ages 4 to 6 from 10am to 12pm, and ages 7 to 12 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. $65/person

Tuesday, February 25: Gentle Cleanse to Turbocharge your Body into the NEW Healthy You 9:30am to 12:00pm. $75/person – NEW DATE

Tuesday, March 4: Les Galettes & Crêpes – Savory & Sweet French Crêpes at Ketmala’s Kitchen, 10:00am to 12:30pm. $65/person – NEW DATE & MORNING TIME – SOLD OUT!

Saturday, March 29: Everyday Artisan Bread, 10:30pm to 1:30pm. $75/person

Thursday, April 24: Juicing, Smoothies, Superfoods & Sprouts, 12:45pm to 3:00pm – NEW CLASS, PRIVATE SESSION

Saturday, April 26: Vegan Cuisine, 10:30am to 1:30pm. $75/person

Monday, April 28: Gentle Cleanse 9:30am to 12pm. $75/person – SPECIAL ADDED DATE WITH NEW MORNING TIME

Saturday, May 3: Fresh Spring Rolls & Healthy Treats, TWO Kids Cooking Classes will be offered that day for ages 4 to 6 from 10am to 12pm, and ages 7 to 12 from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. $65/person.  Please call Chefanti at (610) 429 0467 to register.

Saturday, May 17: RAW Living Food, 10:30am to 1:30pm. $75/person – ALL NEW RECIPES

Friday, June 6: Cooking Together Dinner Party from 7:00pm to 11:00pm – PRIVATE COOKING SESSION

Saturday, June 7: Savory Little Asian Dumplings, 10:30am to 1:30pm. $65/person

Saturday, June 21: Flavorful Vegetarian Summer Fare, 10:30am to 1:30pm. $65/person – ON LOCATION – SOLD OUT!!!

Ketmala’s Kitchen will be on Annual Summer Break from June 23rd until September 15th.

Friday, September 19: Pantry Makeover & Fall Cooking, 10:30am to 1:30pm. $75/person – ON LOCATION — SOLD OUT!!

Saturday, November 1: “Farm to Table” Ladies Night Cooking & Dinner Party, 7:00pm to 11:00pm – PRIVATE EVENT ON LOCATION

Saturday, November 8: Fabulous RAW Living Food, 10:30am to 1:30pm. $75/person – RAW CLASS IS POSTPONED UNTIL APRIL 2015. DATE TO BE CONFIRMED. PLEASE CONTACT ME TO BE ADDED ON THE WAITING LIST.

Saturday, December 6: Homemade with Love” Do-It-Yourself Holiday Foodie Gifts for the Holidays, 10:30am to 1:30pm. $85/person – NEW CLASS ON LOCATION — SOLD OUT!!!

Monday, December 8: Pantry Make-Over, Menu Planning & Cooking Demo, 12:30am to 2:45pm – ON LOCATION — SOLD OUT!!!


Fee:  $65 to $95 per class depending on the particular session.  All classes required advance registration even for gift certificate holders.  Please contact me for payment and details.

It’s first come, first serve. Please register in advance as the classes fill in rapidly. There will be no refunds.

    • Thank you so much Gary for signing up early to all 4 classes!!! I am looking forward to having you at Ketmala’s Kitchen again and cooking more fun classes together. By the way, “la chandeleur” aka National French Crêpe Day is on February 2nd this year, hope you’ll be making the savory buckwheat crêpes as well as the sweet ones along with the healthier chocolate hazelnut spread I taught you last year. See you soon! 🙂
