As you all know me by now, I LOVE my leafy greens, vegetables and fruits and try to share the wonderful benefits of including more wholesome foods to whomever I encounter along the way and is willing to hear about the goodness of a Green Power Smoothie that nourishes the body with fresh raw produce as well as jumps start anyone day! So, I couldn’t be happier when I received more request for additional classes on RAW food this year, so here’s to another round of happy RAWING at Ketmala’s Kitchen!
RAW LIVING FOOD: Either you are new to the Raw food world or a seasoned Raw foodist, please join me in my kitchen to explore Raw cuisine and lifestyle, you will truly be amazed by its vibrant, energizing, fresh and flavorful food.
In this new Raw Living Food session, I will guide you through the step by step of homemade nut/seed milk making, demonstrate how to grow nourishing sprouts easily in your own kitchen, show you simple ways to incorporate more RAW food in your daily diet, therefore increasing the wonderful alkaline boosters, antioxidants, vitamins and enzymes the wholesome natural way! Together we’ll create a few wonderful savory dishes and sweet desserts with fresh and seasonal ingredients to tantalize your appetite and inspire you to make more Raw healthy choices whether you wish to follow the Raw food lifestyle or choose what will fit your everyday living.
ALL RECIPES WILL BE WHEAT FREE, GLUTEN FREE, SOY FREE, DAIRY FREE, VEGAN & RAW (Nothing is heated above 110F to preserve the living enzymes)
Cost: $85 includes 2 1/2 hour class, recipes, healthy raw food juices, smoothies, dishes and desserts to sample.
